Five Cities. 18 Months. Real Impact.

Over an 18-month period, these 5 cities worked alongside the Engagement Lab @ Emerson College to incorporate public participation into government processes in order to help cities run more effectively. These case studies reflect the progress they made in innovating their problem space using the public engagement roadmap framework.
